In addition to on-site support, we’ve implemented an online IT support service that allows Eurocorp Technologies technicians to perform interventions remotely on the client’s PC. Through an internet connection and a specialized remote support program, a secure connection can be established between the two PCs, allowing us to provide technical support as if we were sitting right next to you.

This approach, which will be used to resolve specific software issues and configurations, allows for direct remote support, avoiding the wait for on-site assistance and enabling quick diagnosis and resolution.
